What is CS1 Connect?

CS1 Connect is a marketplace that connects companies with workplace-safety professionals — OSHA trainers, consultants, and EHS specialists. Companies find and request pros; pros build a profile and get discovered.

How do I create an account?

Tap Sign up and choose whether you're a company hiring safety help or a professional offering it. It's free during beta.

How do I get found by companies?

Complete your profile — headline, bio, location, the courses you offer, and your credentials — then publish it. The more complete and verified your profile, the higher you rank in search.

What does “verified” mean?

CS1 Connect reviews documents you submit (OSHA authorization, insurance, certifications) and, for identity, a government ID check. Verified credentials show a badge with the date we checked them. A verification is a point-in-time document review, not a guarantee.

How do I verify my identity and certify my courses?

On your profile, use Verify my identity for the ID check, and upload each credential under Verifications so the classes you teach show as verified.

How do I find and request a professional?

Search professionals, open a profile, and send a service request with your course, dates, and location. You can message once you're connected.

Can I track my employees’ training?

Yes — add your employees, enroll them in a class, and their certifications and renewal dates are tracked on your compliance dashboard.

How do I change my email or password?

Go to Account to update your email or request a password reset.

How do I delete my account?

Open Account, scroll to Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm. This permanently removes your account and associated data and cannot be undone.
